In charge of all DPA engineering for three Airports and five Marine Ports.
Project Management of all Airport Development and Maintenance Projects inclusive of Runway and Taxiway Extensions at Pago Pago (PPG) International Airport, Runway Extension at Fitiuta Airport, Ofu Airport Master Plan and Runway Extension Environmental Assessment Study, Terminal Facilities upgrade at PPG, ARRF building upgrade at PPG and provision of ARRF buildings at Fitiuta and Ofu Airports, Purchasing of new ARRF vehicles and Marine Rescue Craft for all three Airports, ARFF Hot Fire Training Facilities at PPG, Security for facilitation processes and airfields.
Project Managed studies for the development of a new International Terminal, future Cargo Facilities Buildings & Apron, and FAR Part 150 Noise Compatibility at PPG.

Project Manager, multimillion dollar / award winning International Terminal Development, inclusive of design for full facilitation process, provision of public facilities, ground handling and baggage makeup, airline and airport user facilities and commercial / retail areas; all airport stakeholder liaison; and construction works whilst maintaining a continually operational terminal facility.
AIAL representative at various facilitation committees, airline co-ordination meetings and airport user forums.

(i) Country Park recreational facility infrastructure.
(ii) Agriculture and Fisheries research facilities, development infrastructure and maintenance of 605 buildings.
(iii) Development of Country Parks road system and maintenance of 70 kms of road network.
(iv) Provision of irrigation waters to the farming community.
(v) Treatment of agricultural wastes.
(vi) Establishment of all Country Parks and Fish Mariculture legal boundary designations and control of the same.
